I got an email in the club account from the organizer of this event in case the club wanted to participate. It conflicts with the Slick Rock & Deer Valley run which I am hoping to attend, but if someone else wanted to organize go ahead and jump in to organize. Worst case a free opportunity to head out to Prairie City and have some fun.
Who: Clubs, Non-profits and government agencies related to safe and responsible off-highway vehicle recreation
What: Informational/activity booth (10x10 or less) on how your organization serves and preserves the OHV community
When: Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 10am to 3pm (set up 8am)
Where: Main Staging Area, Prairie City SVRA at 13300 White Rock Road, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742
Why: Introduce new and existing OHV community to riding clubs, ethics and guidelines for successful, safe, responsible and fun recreation

Who has the banner? What would we actually give out at the booth if we opened one?
I plan to make the deer valley run on Sunday but am in Folsom on the 14th.

I currently have the 14th free. Easy enough to get a few maps printed and bring the photo album we got for the new info board. Will also likely need some club interest cards.
