I am planning on going out to Prairie City Saturday 4/6/13 to test my new transfer case gears. 
Going to bring a couple friends with their rigs out also. Would like to have them meet folks in the club, so this is a open run, Ya all come on out. We'll meet at the 4X4 area bathrooms at 9:00am and play as long as we feel like. Maybe till 1:00 or 2:00.

I think 4x4 area may be closed BC Ultra 4 racing that day.
Check PC calendar. I only know BC I put the event on my calendar.

In looking again, they say only the 4x4 Track is closed. Last year (if similar) this leaves the 4x4 Pit area OPEN, which contains the water pit, Alamo, and the rock hill climbs.
I'd suggest we still go! Just can't go out to the "Back 40", which is where the 4x4 Track is for the NorCal Rock Racing.

I'm going to watch the Ultra4 racing Saturday. I plan to be there early and leaving as late as 1pm.
Let me know if you're indeed going to the pit and I should be able to come over.

There is Ultra4 racing going on starting Friday. This one is called Ultra4 MetalCloak Nor Cal Stampede rather than Nor Cal Rock Racing. PC just has it incorrect, yet there are 3 rounds by Nor Cal Rock Racking later this year, which is common.
Sorry for the addendum, but I've been calling it the wrong event and figured to correct it.

It's a dedicated entrance for the event and you will not be able to use pc area, or 5 dollars to enter pc but you are limited to the upper staging area and pit if open. They have always fenced them separate for races. The "event" has rented out that portion of the park and then charge their own admission ($15)

The race was awesome! The final had 21 rigs going full out. Our seats were front row and life is good. Pic is shannon campbell's sons rig.
