I created a gallery and added a few pics, since the photographer was my dad most are of my rig. I am officially in the market for a new set of mirrors (the passenger one met an untimely death on the little sluice bypass) and a new tie rod, up for any recommendations on the tie rod! Here is a good pic of the aftermath. I am sure I damaged the tie rod pulling Kevin up the hill, ask anyone on the run!

The burgers were great, this is now my favorite hamburger place. I can see why Brad has been so anal about trying to make it there after a Rubicon run!
As expected, the Rubicon is relentless & takes it's toll on miles of continued beatings. I'm the one who had 2 bead breaks, with one of them breaking the valve stem. This all was produced from me airing down too far. For that, I apologize to all the others for taking the time to help. Somewhere going up hill from the springs, I stopped on a rocky hill to help out, got out of the Jeep & on my way back in the Jeep, I slipped & fell & managed to once again break a rib or 2 (pending a doc visit), which I can tell you was a sore drive out. But again, thanks for everyone's help on changing a tire that, no-way, I was able to do. Now that a couple of days have passed; broken bones have no mercy. One other detour we took, in which I never paid attention to how we got there, was that some us landed up in Little Sluice! We managed to get out, which was a good thing!
Aside from all that, the trail continued to be more challenging, in that the winter wares away the dirt, making existing rocks bigger & eposes rocks that weren't there before. This was definitely challenging. But on top of it all was the traffic. I can tell you all, I will never go there, in either direction, on a Friday again. It was unbelievable & most of the reasons why we didn't get off the trail until 12:30ish, was the traffic. Toyotas, modified Toyotas, Jeeps, trailers & specials by the pound, everywhere.
All in all (besides the ribs) it was a great run, minimum mechanicals issues & fun.
Thanks Brad for heading this off.

No need to apologize. It's all part of the fun. I only mentioned it in the other post as something to consider. 🙂
And I was the one that led us into Little Sluice by mistake. That evening sun was blinding and I made a wrong turn. 😛
Hope you feel better soon!

It was fun, little sluice or not. I'll do it again, except on Fridays. Need to dump the steel wheels & heal broken ribs, no problem!
