Oh, and I will be sending AAA an email. If having to wait 3hrs for a tow truck is what the Premiere membership gets you maybe I'll see what others have to offer.

Thanks again for following me down the hill at a snails pace!

That's pretty bad. I'd be interested in hearing what they have to say.

Those are great pics. Very clear too. Was that a cell phone, or a camera?

Glad everyone made it home safe.

Where did you cut the sidewall? At one point, I cut a Krawler sidewall on three consecutive Fordyce runs (2 still held air). That trail has a lot of sharp rocks.

Nice pics!

No sidewalls were injured during this run. 😀

Sorry for the confusion. I saw Joe's post and was behind. Rob has 40" MT/R's so I made an incorrect assumption. My guess is Joe's pic isn't from Fordyce but probably the Rubicon.

I haven't had sidewall problems on the Rubicon.

This was my fix for Kevin's front leaf. The shackle was completely ripped of the bracket and the spring was no longer attached to the frame. We took his winch cable and wrapped it through the shackle and then synched the shackle to the front bumper with the winch. He drove it from winch hill 4 all the way to Truckee and then to Roseville like that. I don't think the shackle ever moved once we synched it down!!!!!
