I think off the shelf parts are strong enough for many mildly built vehicles and only become too weak when used with the bigger builds. You guys saying custom is the only way to go seem to be in the "bigger" category. Those of us with 35" tires and smaller can probably get away with some of the off the shelf stuff.

Not sure how you guys keep hitting your window there, I have been through there many times and never even come close to hitting my window...Looks like it is time for you guys to take a driving course from Cal 4wheel at Prarie city
