I heard back from Sierra trek, WH5 has already been secured by another club . However we where offered WH 4 as a club if we want. If I could get anyone who is still interested in working Sierra Trek and on WH 4 please leave a comment below or context me directly. The sooner the better so I can let them know if we can work it. Also I spoke with Jeff Blewett and he would like to come to one of our meeting to give us some detailed information on the event and to answer any questions we might have.

Offline I should be able to make for at least one day, probably Saturday and maybe also Friday, but I can't 100% commit at this time. Soccer starts in August and i won't know my schedule until closer to time. If a kid comes along, do we also have to pay the fee for them?

I can volunteer at least 1 day, 2 if we need the coverage. If someone can secure a camp site Tues. or Wed. I can drive up Wed. after work and volunteer one or two of the subsequent days.
