Offline Holding it open on my calendar. The straircase is fun to watch everybody attempt. I haven't been in about 5 years but everybody should get the stairs fine with tow straps. Rock sliders and belly skids recommended for lower long wheelbase vehicles.

Offline Ok I just spend some time researching this trail. It's close to 3hr drive from Rancho Cordova. So that's 5 1/2 to 6hrs round trip. Everything I'm finding on it say that slow and careful is the way to go on it. And most are recommending to do it in a 2 day trip to have the most fun on the trail.

Offline It's been about 1.5 years since I hit this trail and from my memories it is a fun pretty easy day trip trail with only one semi challenging part - there is a decent camping section set up though right at the staging area and also some great stream trout fishing. Nothing wrong with getting some camping in though

We like that idea. Guy can try and take off that following Monday. It would be fun to hang out with the "the Sunday" members.
