norcal jeep forum run:
When: December 18, 2010
Time: Meeting at 9:30, on the trail by 10:00
Where: Mormon Emigrant Trail
This will be a day run. We are going to meet at the Safeway off Highway 50 and Sly Park Road at 9:30am. Try not to be late, but we will wait for people as long as we can. Plan is to hopefully be on the trail by 10am.

No kidding! I can see Brad ducking out to go shopping, but Kevin???? 😀 Have fun, the snow level from this storm looks pretty high, but when you catch it there's supposed to be a lot of it!

I'd be up for a run after Xmas. How's the snow at Bowman Lake or Chalk Bluff looking? Last year's 1/2 run was a lot of fun.

Offline I want to stay inside by a warm fire and watch football and basketball. I might be convinced to go on one of Keane's famous 1/2 runs or one of the road patrols. Other than that, I don't want to mess with the cold, white mud

well the snow was really good for driving on. we went in for quite a while and finale it got to deep and steep. we were the first ones up that far and had to blaze the trail. after we turned around 4 rigs past us up. they were set up on at least 37" tires and sprung over. not much traffic at all. i think to many people were scared of the rain.
