We are meeting Friday May 2 and camping through Sunday May 4.
We will be in Section C and will have the large covered dome.
$45/night $12/day use
Saturday will be the fun, food for the group day!
We've had up to 82 people.
Bring all the family. Bring foods to share with the group meal.
They have grills there if you need to cook - I will also have my 3-burner grill.
Post up what you will bring.
There will be tons of games - horse shoes, crocket, bingo, things with throwing balls, and maybe cornhole and stuff and things and trivia.
We will have music and maybe even prizes and a trophy.
Let's plan on eating at 5 unless we choose to change it tonight at the meeting.
Don't be a loser and not come. This is fun.
Let me know and I can give a head count, but each will pay as they come in.
There's also ice cream at 2:00 at the club house.
We are fun so come play!

We plan to attend. Did you confirm both the entrance costs and that the ice cream is still going on? Last time we were there they said the ice cream was ending. So we're just confirming.

Bumping this up. Not sure of participation but some are arriving Friday mid day. We will be there later on Friday.
We don't have a count for a dinner on Saturday to buy for a pot luck at this point.
There will be a grill and fire pit and the grounds have traditional charcoal grills.
The Weather may be iffy so please plan accordingly.

Hey gang,
Sorry for the crickets on this thread.
I called and reserved the dome for Saturday. The weather may not cooperate, but we now have a great backup plan. It sits about 100 people, so we should be good. We will set the photo booth up in it and show movies!
For Saturday, I'm slow-cooking BBQ TriTip and will bring buns.
Romika is making a potato salad.
The ice cream social is still happening. $2 a scoop. She will kinda need a head count if there are a lot of us coming. She just wants to make sure she has enough to go around. (This is delicious stuff!!!)
Guy and I, Roy and Romika will be rolling in around noon on Friday to set up early and relax.
Saturday is still a day you come and relax, play games, and eat. I'm bringing my 3-burner grill, so it is available if someone brings something that needs heating or a little more cooking.
Post here what food you are bringing so we don't duplicate.
