This year the Posse is going to try a new location in South Lake Tahoe. Experience the luxury of RV camping or the excitement of tent camping at Tahoe Valley RV Resort. When you've finished exploring the great outdoors of Lake Tahoe, take a trip off site to the casinos of Stateline, Nevada.
Romika and I camped here last year and it was a lot of fun. Close to everything. We road our e-bikes to the shops at Stateline. Super fun.

We made our reservation. We are arriving on Thursday May 7th and staying through Sunday the 10th. We are in site number 384, directly across the street from Roy and Romika who are in site 435. There are still plenty of open sites in that area. Kathy is considering riding around Lake Tahoe very early one morning in case anyone wants to join her (on a bike, not in a car)!

Bumping this event because it is coming up fairly soon. Are we still doing a potluck on Saturday? If so, then we should probably start planning on what to bring. We are headed up on Thursday and weather and snow conditions permitting, Kathy is planning to hike to the top of Mt. Tallac on Friday morning in case anyone is interested (I think it's a difficult, five plus hour hike). We will have our bikes (me on ebike and Kathy on one of her regular bikes). Looks like wood fires are prohibited so bring your propane fire pit if you have one. Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

Well hello all it’s that time again for an amazing camping trip. It’s coming up this weekend at Tahoe Valley Campground wanna update everyone in regards to the potluck Roy and I are going to be bringing Carnitas if everybody else could bring some sides or onion, cilantro, tortillas, cheese, salsa let’s do street tacos. Keep it simple and fun if you wanna make a different meat than Carnitas that’s also great. Can’t wait to see you all there. It’s going to be a blast. I know they moved a few of us all in a group so if they have not called you yet if you’re in a campsite check in with them because they did have an area that had a couple plumbing issues so they relocated us over to the 120 and 130 side versus the 440 . do you have any questions? Feel free to text me 916-200-8872 or call see y’all up there.
130 is an open space where everybody can congregate with their tables and chairs and propane fire pits and that’s where we’ll be having our potluck

Thank you all that came out to the camping trip this year it was a blast. Enjoyed the bike ride up town for lunch and the corn hole competitions and the great food everyone made and share with everyone. It was great to make new memories with great people can wait for our next event together. If any one has pictures from this weekend please post.
