Planning on hitting Fordyce with a buddy tomorrow (9/9). Trail head at 10:30-11AM then camping on the trail probably about 2/3rds in.

Yes it was very deep! My buddies rig broke down before we got to the first creek crossing so we only went across the first crossing and back.
Going through the creek the first time (going in) we took the west (down stream) line it was about 44", OVER THE TOP OF THE SEATS!
So on the way back we decided to take the east line (up stream) it was about 50"! Submerged my HVAC controls! Maybe next time I'll put my doors on, limit the amount of water that gets in

And that's why I ordered my Jeep with half doors! 
That and I just don't like full doors.

Fun stuff. I won't do that with my new Jeep, at least not yet. But I've had it over my lap on my old Jeep.

Doors would have helped, but at least the interior got a good cleaning!
Air bag suspension would have been good for this crossing 🙁
