Next steps are:
-Apply densifier and sealer to concrete
-Trench for electricity to shop
-Conduit for outlets/lights in building
-Insulation in ceiling
-Lights
-Pallet Racking
-2 post lift
-Frame up office/mezzanine
Anyone have any suggestions for lights? I am looking at the 5,000k color temp 4ft LED lights (basically the fluorescent replacements)
Anyone have a contact for finding a 2 post lift?

Looks great Kris. A thing to think about the positioning of the lift is that you lose a lot of open space to maneuver vehicles since the posts are in a fixed position. By moving the lift to the left bay near the office you have 2 unobstructed bays for large projects. This way if you have a vehicle on tire dollies you can move it all over the shop.

Good point John. Kris, where is your air compressor going to go? Consider building a small shed to house your air compressor outside and attached to the shop to cut down on noise in the shop. Also, and after your final inspection, consider installing a wood stove to heat the shop and/or plan for propane in case you want to install an LPG shop heater. I might be able to get you a killer deal on lighting because I have a friend of a friend who owns a major lighting company. I can connect you so you can get some professional advice on the lighting.

Leaning this way now. Both Jeff's friend and Rob recommended challenger lifts so it looks like I will be going with one. I figure I have till the last minute once delivered to decide on final location.

Compressor will go outside in a small lean-too after final.
Also after final, insulation and wood stove. Maybe a 3 ton heat pump off my buddies roof when he updates his house.
My brother-in-law is a lighting designer so he is putting together a package for me at cost. Obligated to use family in this case.
