You may want to let that red paint burn off before adding heat resistent paint on top of it...
And I thought Tom was joking about swingset tubing!!!

Brad, Going to sand the red paint off first, High temp primer, then High temp color coat. OH and cut off it's tail......
Tom, It did "ok" at least I wasn't the only one that got stuck. In the soft snow it just sunk and dug a hole. I was hopeing that it would do better than it did in the snow. Overall I'm very pleased with the springover & shock set up. The ride and feel is great, it's not too stiff but firm enough to feel solid. I like it when I mess up and get it right. The next test will be "on the rocks"
If I can't build it, then it's something that should be bought.

As long as there are more steps forward then back, it's all good!!

I'm hoping for a shake down this weekend. If all goes according to plan, I'll have the XJ back today.
Only thing I'd be waiting for is rear shocks. Just changing out the front made a BIG difference in roadability.

Thanks for the pep talk, it being the first time out with the club in the Zuk I was hopeing for a better showing. We'll see how it does when it gets in the rocks.

Don't waste a trip as PC is closed this weekend.

Man, that's just crazy. cool looking "show truck" but I don't think it would be funtional out on the rock trails. Hey Tom how about them mud flaps?

They do look strangely familiar.
