Last time we went to Prairie City we flooded the inside and had to pull the carpet to let it dry out. In doing so we decided we are going to bed liner the inside
Cool idea Jason. No more worries about mud on the shoes.
Swaybar - go manual, it won't fail at the worst time

Have you had one of the electric swaybars fail on you?

No. But I have had electric four wheel engagement set ups fail. Had a Ford Ranger that never worked right in the cold weather. Would not engage. Manual is more reliable.

Well its been a while since I updated this so here is what is new or new to us..
I picked up some Lower Control Arm Skids for the front axle and welded them on. Not the prettiest welds but they are not going anywhere.
I orderd some Monster Valves and I am hoping they come in this week so I can install them this weekend. They help with air down and air up.
I installed the JKS trackbar and sector shaft brace setup right before winterfest. Glad I did too, I heard of another JK that broke thier sector shaft and basically spent thier day on the trail being dragged.
I also decided on manual for the front swaybar setup. Pulled the electronics and installed the swaybar with a turn style knob in its place. Super easy to operate and works like a champ.
Still on my list is PSC hydro steering, rock lights, rear bumper/tire carrier, flood/driving lights.

Hey Jason. I'd consider letting your son drive a hydro assist rig before doing the upgrade. The zero resistance steering could be dangerous for a lesser experienced driver. Does your rig have hydro assist? If so how is he resistance? Mine works great but it is literally like turning nothing as you drive.

The Black Jeep has Hydro and it does make it like driving a car vs. a truck with big tires. He has driven both for extended distances so I'm sure he will be fine in whatever. We have him drive all the different vehicles so he can see how different vehicles handle as far as steering, braking, acceleration, etc..
