As said above, check for passenger door and rear deck alignment. Another biggie is floor rust through the floor pans in front.
Crawl underneath and check floor for dents,etc as evidence of coming down on rocks. Big item here is the rockers under the doors and pinch seams.
Lastly is rear differential. Most have the Dana 35 but from 93-98 might have the Chysler 8.25. Earlier would be 27-spline.

I've heard that it's a unibody so there's no frame but I read on the internet that you should look where the suspension mounts to the body because it's sheet metal and will get wobbly (or tear). It can be fixed but it's a pain.
Also, check the doors and the rear end. Doors should line up and close properly. Either stock rear end is too small for any real fun but it's better to know what you have (ok...that last part was mine).
