Here's the one I bought a few years ago to bring the Model A back from Texas. It's the first one pictured.

I had hoped to keep it to tow the Jeep on, but tow vehicle plans changed.

I have another possibe one too. But I'm waiting for Elena to find out. But, then I'd have to get my A/C compressor replaced.
And, I still think it's less hassle to drive my Jeep down there. If I bring a trailer I'll surely break something on my Jeep. Look at last year, both you and Keane broke. And, my Jeep is more reliable than my truck. But if it works out to take my truck and a trailer, then I guess I'll risk it.
I used to wheel a lot. . .

Why aren't any local trailer sales places open on Saturdays. :banghead:
Surge brakes suck. Especially in the rain. Don't cheap out and put on the electric brakes. Just get a Prodigy and you can move it from vehicle to vehicle and all you need is the conversion plug to mate up with the tow vehicles brake controller port. Its so plug and play its not even funny. No more trying to splice into the correct light and turn signal wires.
Plus once you get a trailer with surge brakes, everybody and their friend thats looking to borrow a trailer, but doesn't have a brake controller will be at your front door.

John.....There is no risk. Did you already forget that you are BTO can tow anything overloaded and unsafe?? It shouldn't be a problem throwing your broken pickup truck on the trailer getting out in the hammer lane and towing it to your home twenty with the Jeep. Just avoid the bear hiding in the bushes waiting to give you a christmas card. Sounds like a no brainer to me. 😛 😀
