Offline The dog is going back to the SPCA...I am not going to spend a bunch of money on an electronic fence because I know he'll just find another way out. Time for him to go. Ben is crying, but I guess it can be a good life lesson. Better that than coming home to find him all flattened out on the road.
Maybe I'll try the Alpo and see if the coyotes will take care of it for me

Think long and hard before you do it. My parents did that to a cat of mine when I Bens age and I never forgot that. Even to this day, it still pisses me off that a parent could do that. Probably the reason I hate cats so much, but just a heads up on how much of an attachment a kid can have to an animal.
Another option if Ben wants to keep buddy is to send he and Buddy to obedience school. Make Ben start working to earn money to buy the electric fence...
Just an option.

i feel the same way about heidi's cats. hate them. they break stuff, they fn run all around the house late at night when we are sleeping constantly waking me up thinking its a burgler or something 👿 👿 👿 but, lily and heidi adore them so its not like i can just get rid of them even though i'd like to. 😥 😥 😥 sorry john, i really feel for you on this one. 😕
