All of a sudden I can't post pictures. It used to give me the option to resize them now it just says they're too big. 😕

Today tried to upload pic via TT and was not working. I'm given 2 sizes to choose from. Tried both. Version 2.3.1 on Android.

I've just updated the Tapatalk software on our server again.

Still no love for me on pictures. The smallest my tapatalk will resize to is about 960x1080 (depending on the picture). Our forum max picture size is set to 800x800 (at least that's what the error says).
Thanks for keeping the software current though!

Same issue. I think its bc large format of phone pic (mine is 8mp) i think and so resizing remains out of bounds.
Ill do some checking around too.

Strange. I just took this 3264x1952 picture. After selecting it to post I was given 2 options on resizing. I chose full size 1024x612.

Is all your phone software, including Android up to date? What version of Android are you running? To check go to Menu, Settings, About Phone, and Software Information.

Afaik im up to date. Ill check closer later. Android version is 4.0.4 which i think is ice cream?
My camera is actually 6mp so my guess was fail given your example.

The error I get says something like this: The image must be at least 0 pixels wide, 0 pixels high and at most 800 pixels wide and 800 pixels high. The submitted image is 2816 pixels wide and 2112 pixels high.
The submitted image size varies depending on how I choose to resize it but I can't get it below 800x800

My phone says Android System Image 2.3.3. Looks like I'm a bit out of date. Trying to update now...
Edit: my phone says all software is up to date no new software available. :dunno:

I've only attempted to upload an existing picture that is in my gallery.
I get similar message as Super Bender.
Here are screenshots of the error message and my phone system settings (home screen > Menu > System Settings)
