Nope. New blade in the Sawzall and it cut like butter. I was a little nervous at first, but after the first cut it was "game on".

Looks like I need to get some adjustable lower front control arms and push my front axle forward a couple of inches to alleviate the rubbing on the frame.

The rig looked awesome last night, John! those mickeys are beefffyyyyyyyyy. Makes me want to look into 40s, but I don't think the squirrels in my engine would appreciate it on the highway haha. I will have to stick to 37/38s until I green sticker it and turn it into a trailer queen. Very nice choice!

I put in my new front adjustable lower control arms. I adjusted the lowers to 24" and the uppers to 19-1/2" (Tera's suggested measurements). Zero rubbing at full turn now. I'll take it in for an alignment on Saturday.

I got the Jeep aligned and everything is great. No rubbing issues and it tracks perfectly straight.
I also got the matching spare tire mounted. And yes, it still fits in the garage
