I had to change lunch to Tri Tip!
Will it be precooked or what? The reason I'm asking is because depending on how it is being prepared, cooked or reheated, a campfire permit may be required.
Pre cooked, gas stove to heat it up.
Gas stove requires a campfire permit. I will bring mine. See you all tomorrow.

OfflineThank you Brad, Garrett, Kris, Richard and Chris for all your hard work today. These guys worked their tails off trimming a ton of brush on the trail today. I was impressed with how much of the trail we were able to cut back the brush on. One heck of a team effort! The trail has never been so clean in the years that I have been going there, thanks to this hard working team. We learned from past experience and knew where we needed to focus our time and resources. It also helped that we had a lot of the right electric tools with us this year.
Congratulations Richard on making membership and thank you for the amazing smoked tri-tip lunch and to all of us who also contributed other food for lunch. It was a beautiful day on the trail and a pleasure to work with such a great group of club members. And a special thank you to Garrett for coming out and helping our small team get so much accomplished today.

First, thank you to Jeff as well!
Next, we learned that having at least one hedge trimmer per person makes a huge difference. And, extra batteries. Also, bringing a charger is smart as well since most newer jeeps have 110v outlets to help keep batteries at the ready. We exhausted about 12 batteries on this trip, including both chainsaw batteries I brought.
I’m glad everyone made it home safe. I think Kris was returning home via 89 around Tahoe!
congratulations to Richard as well for making classic Member status. We look forward to additional bbq products for Lunch as he strives towards advanced Member status - eventually making Elite Member status!
