This first training is scheduled for April 5th and 6th which appears to be a Friday and Saturday. (I am verifying on the date as they are usually sat/sun)
Post up if you are interested.
Slots are few so don't sign up if you are unsure. There should be another class the first weekend of June but they aren't confirmed yet.

I would like to sign up. I also need to renew my first aid and CPR certification. I assume I can still attend and the chainsaw class and get my chainsaw certificate after I complete my FA and CPR renewal like some people have done before, right?

Yes, shouldn't be any issues. Jessica is looking at getting her trainer cert revised (and seeing what has changed with Covid) so there will likely be a class or two this spring.

I believe the certification requires participation on both days. I'm not sure about recertification if your cert is current.

I totally forgot about it the days before it was scheduled. Late in the evening the night before the class I received a phone call from one of the organizers with the time and location details. When I told him I totally forgot about it he said that they are doing another one in June but it will be put on by a different group. He said he would put my name on that list. Maybe Kris and get details for us.

I would be up for that if anyone gets any more information on it. I too didn’t see the post until after it was over. I guess I need to get my priorities straight.
