Throwing this option out is unfortunately quite late in the game. 

Some key notes:

They close at 830 according to their site

The potential meeting area is called the "patio", which is also open to the public (not a separate walled of location with a door?)

Counting the chairs in the photo,  it looks like too few to be a meeting space?  We'd need to verify they have 20 more chairs/tables that can be moved for our group.

Charging a deposit for a monthly meeting would not make sense as other options do not.  Would this be considered for the Holiday Party?

Would anyone be interested in a Road Trip there to check it out?
