what day would be best?
Sounds like we should expect the most traffic on Saturday. By then hopefully we'll have a system down so it should be a bit more smooth. 8) Bring the Cruiser and see what it can do!

At the meeting, they made it very clear, if you haven't registered for the Trek, you won't be allowed into camp. Based on the location this year they think they can control access. One of the Committee leads that was planning to do something in camp was planning to camp elsewhere. They were going to ask them to step down.
IF YOU WANT TO GO INTO CAMP AND CHECK OUT THE VENDORS, YOU MUST REGISTER.

the cal4wheel signup page doesn't state this very explicitly.
:dunno:
That's what we were told at the meeting.
Hmmm. My first sierra trek was when I was camping and saw all the cool rigs and popped in to check it out. I guess being so close to 80 they'll need to control the access more.
Closed Mondays.

They said they're trying to avoid some problems they've had in the past with people showing up and crashing the bar. We'll see how it goes. They may just be drawing a line in the sand and then look the other way if/when the volunteers show up.
