Hay guys,
We usually don't change plans unless it's a pretty big weather threat. We are an outdoor club (after all). Lol.
Just talked with Dale and he is planning on providing sandwich fixings for his member BBQ. It was discussed at the last meeting that this would be his opportunity to get in before the Christmas Party so I think it's cool that we keep this opportunity open for him.
So. Let's just roll with the original plan of Sunday. Bring food to support Dale and play in the rain! If it get's too bad then we can eat and leave.
I will bring a couple homemade peach cobblers.
OK?

Thank you, Lynda. I am counting 17 as of those who have said yes (including those who indicated additional people with them). I think bringing food for 30 should cover for those whom I have missed and those who may show but have not responded yet.

Another fun fall trail maintenance run in the books. Congratulations to our new members and thanks for lunch Dale (Jeep Dale, not Dodge Dale). After lunch Kathy and I ran the full Strawberry trail from north to south. It took us less than an hour to run the trail and we were aired up and on the road an hour after we started (Brad would be proud of my pace!). We took Hwy 88 to Hwy 89 and then came home around the west side of Tahoe and down I-80. We were home by 6:30 after several sightseeing stops and a 20 minute delay on I-80 due to a vehicle accident. Thanks Brian and Kris for the run.
