It is made with removable end caps. Just remove them and that's what it looks like.
It is also a winch-ready bumper. Standard on the Rubicon Hard Rock models.

Where did they put the vacuum assist?
I had to relocate mine and cut the bracket off to have room for a winch.

Offline The cacuum should be in the same place.
I plan on using the "Maximus 3" winch plate. I believe there is no cutting.
