I won't be there till Wednesday, and don't have a trailer or tent (hammock camping). If I can't camp with the group, I can set up elsewhere and walk over during the group events. Would a second saw be helpful?
I have a tent up here with me if you want to use it. Just bring a sleeping pad and sleeping bag if you want to use it.
I appreciate the offer. I own a tent, I just hadn't planned to use one. I have outriggers that allow me to hang my hammock off the side of my Jeep.
Would an 18inch chainsaw be useful if I bring one on Wednesday?

Jamie is bringing a 16" chainsaw so we should be good but thanks anyway. But as my friend always says, it rides for free.

OfflineWe have campsites 22, 21 and 18. Roy and Romika have a huge trailer in 18. 22 is wide open right now. I'm in 21 with my trailer. The best way to our location in Meadow Lake campground is to go past Trek stage and porta pottys and then turn left into the far end of the campground. We might not be in camp today because we may go to Lake Faucheire. Park in any place you can and find a place to pitch a tent in any of the three campsites. When the camp hosts come by you will be charged an extra vehicle fee of $5 per day. See you all later!

OfflineKathy drove my truck up today and arrived at about 3:10pm in order to avoid the outbound traffic from the event and because our son, his wife and our five and a half month old grandson flew down from Seattle last night to spend some time down here. I drove the TJ home and Kathy drove the truck and trailer back home. We got home a little after 7pm. I want to thank everyone who came up and contributed to the success of Sierra Trek, Cal4Wheel's largest fundraiser. It was a wonderful club event. I think everyone had a great time. We had over 25 people there, including club members and guests. If you want to know what goes on at Sierra Trek, you have to be there because what happens at Sierra Trek, stays at Sierra Trek. Well, mostly!
Sorry for the orientation of the pictures but I couldn't change it!
